Exchange and refund

We hope that all the products you buy from CAROLINE NERON give you complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, you can return any unworn merchandise with the original tag and packaging to us within 7 working days from the date you received your package.

Once your item has came back to our warehouse, you must allow a maximum of 15 working days to obtain a refund or a billing adjustment following an exchange. Items paid for by credit card are automatically refunded to your credit card account.

1. What are the delivery times and prices?

Average delivery times are 5 working days from the date of your order for products in stock and delivered by Canada Post in regular service. Priority mail pricing is also available.
