How do I place an order?

carolineneron.com offers you two ways to place your order.

1. By Internet

Once you have added the items that interest you to your shopping cart, click on the icon of the cart, then proceed to verify its contents. At this point, you can continue shopping, remove items from your cart, or continue to the cash. If you have already made a purchase on the Caroline Néron site, simply enter your email address, as well as your personal password, and click on "Continue". If you have never placed an order at carolineneron.com, click on "Create an account" and follow the steps provided to process your order.

2. Bytelephone

You can order a Caroline Néron product by calling our toll-free number at 1 855-99NERON. Our Customer Service representatives are at your service, Monday to Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

 

How do I pay for my order?

We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards, as well as PayPal transactions for orders made by Internet or by telephone. It is also possible to pay using a Caroline Néron gift card that you can by online or instore.

 

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

This means that when you order and pay by credit card, information about your order and payment is protected and encrypted during the exchange using a secure SSL connection. So rest assured, you can use your credit card with complete confidence on our site.

 

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

You can follow your order’s progress online by using the tracking number provided in the email we send to you once your package leaves our warehouse. This email also includes the link to the Canada Post website. With your tracking number in hand, simply click the link to access your delivery date. Is it possible to deliver to a third party?

Yes, we will gladly deliver your package to a third party anywhere across Canada. Simply enter the third party's address as the shipping address. The shipping fees required for delivery to that province will be applied. You will need to complete a separate order form for each shipping address.

 

How long will delivery take?

The average delivery time is 5 business days from the order date for products in stock and delivered by Canada Post’s regular service. Priority shipping rates are also available. What guarantees are offered?

Return Policy

We hope that all the products you buy from CAROLINE NÉRON will give you complete satisfaction. If you're not satisfied, you can return any merchandise that has not been worn, and with the original labels and tags, within 7 business days from the date you received your package.

To make a return, you must use the Return Label that you received in the same package as your purchase. Make sure that your parcel is securely packed, then affix the adhesive label to the largest side of your package. Also include the delivery receipt or a copy of the invoice that you received by email. You are now ready to send your package by mail, free of charge. Once we receive your package at our warehouse, the price of the product will be fully refunded along with applicable taxes. The amount will be refunded through the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

Warranty

CAROLINE NÉRON guarantees all jewelry within 6 months of the date it was purchased (proof of purchase required) if the defect is a result of the production and/or manufacturing process. Normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty so the item will be evaluated by our quality control experts. EXCEPTIONS: CAROLINE NÉRON guarantees watches for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase (proof of purchase required). This warranty does not cover accidents, abuse, negligence or wear from normal use. The warranty also excludes the bracelet and the glass, and will be refused if the watch has been opened or manipulated by anyone other than the authorized retailer.

How long does it take to be refunded?

Once we have received your product at our warehouse, it will take no more than 15 business days to obtain a refund, or billing adjustment in the case of an exchange. If the item was purchased using a credit card, the refund will be automatically credited to the same credit card account. For more information, please refer to our RETURNS AND EXCHANGES section.

 

Is sales tax added to my order?

The products offered at carolineneron.com are subject to sales tax, just as they are in our stores. The sales tax is calculated by applying the tax rates required by federal law as well as by the laws in the province where the package is being shipped. In some provinces, shipping fee taxes are also required.If you return an item, your refund will also include the total taxes paid.

 

Do you accept orders worldwide?
